Saturday afternoon, the weather was horrible and this place had all the doors firmly closed to protect against the very high winds, I eventually gained access and found a couple looking for a way out. I had a meal here which was exceptionally good.

Afternoon visit for a late lunch. I had several attempts at getting a full pint and the barman explained to me that he had been trained to serve 95% of a pint. I got a full one eventually and had no trouble getting full pints for the next round. I started my Shepherd Neame Passport here today and look forward to getting a "free" tee shirt.

Our chosen venue for a late lunch as they serve food all day. We had good service from friendly and attentive staff.
