Early afternoon to early evening, quiet upon arrival however this changed as the afternoon progressed. First NESW meeting for 18 months with a dozen or so participants. Modern trendy pub with a focus on ales from London breweries.

We arrived at this pub (a friend's local) before opening hours, so started with breakfast in the back room. Then into the front room when the appropriate hour was reached.

We took over the function room for a CAMRA Revitalisation decisions seminar for 3 hours in the evening. Well run Pubco house and good to see just London brewers' wares on offer on handpump.

The pub is found in Streatham, Greater London, SW16 5SD.
Well run Pubco house in Greyhound Lane opposite the entrance to Streatham Common railway station. Front bar with 5 handpumps. Rear area is a large well appointed bare-boarded function room with its own bar, although no handpumps. At February 2018 selling only London micros' real ales. Local CAMRA branch Pub of the Year 2020.
