Late afternoon and farily quiet, we sat by the window until the rest of our group arrived then ventured downstairs and sat at our reserved table and enjoyed a few beers, gratis nibbles and a nerve jangling Jenga challenge. No Keg beers available tonight due to faulty equipement.

If I didn't have local tour guides I'd have walked straight past this place. Trendy yet a pleasant cosy atmosphere made for a busy venue, we sat downstairs in the cellar bar where a girl was putting up balloons and other party paraphernalia for a later function.

Formerly called Der Bar and located in High Street, the massive street windows make this a bright venue indeed on the ground floor. There is a downstairs seating area too.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 3 different beers and tried them all.
