We arrived 10 minutes after 16.00 opening time no signs of life with shutters down. Further investigation on the Star pubs website reveals the pub closed pending refurbishment. Pity..

About the Queens Head
The pub is found in Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 1AR.
Traditional local a short walk away from the centre of Marlborough. Split up into different rooms/bars including a Pool and Darts room to the right of the front door. There is a list of landlords going back to 1782 and a wide selection of electronic games machines through-out the pub together with boxing memorabilia around the bar. Live music at weekends. There is a meat draw on Sunday plus other raffles. BT Sports is shown in one of the bars on a large screen. There is no food.
