Pub number three on the tour. A long two bar affair. It was very busy so we stood along the bar in the raised back area. Here, we had a good chat with the landlady, and locals told us about all the pubs that are sadly no more in Gillingham.

The pub is found in Gillingham, Kent, ME7 5TP.
Now in Canterbury Road the Past and Present was initially set up as a micropub in Skinner Street but moved to these larger premises (formerly run and known as Gin & Tap Room) in spring 2020 initially trading for take-aways only during the Covid-19 pandemic. Opened for normalish service Saturday 4th July 2020. Closed Mondays.
