| Beer | ABV | Score | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Timothy Taylor - Landlord | 4.30 | ![]() | Outstanding! Can't remember the last time I drank this in faultless condition, flavour and temperature. Unanimously voted the best quality beer today, such that we had to have another later! |
| Settle - Ernie's Milk Stout | 4.50 | ![]() | Milk chocolate, roasted coffee and dark malts with a distinctive bitter finish. Not as rich and creamy as I was expecting. |
| Chelmsford (also branded as Blueshack) - Blueshack Bitter | 3.80 | ![]() | Rich chewy Christmas pudding in a glass! |
| Mighty Oak - Hopgreen Pale | 4.00 | ![]() | Light citrus and green fruit notes with a gentle herby edge |
| Leigh on Sea - Golden Geese | 4.30 | ![]() | Just a taste deemed this off, promptly taken off & replaced by the Hopgreen Pale. |
| Beer | ABV | Score | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Titanic - Plum Porter | 4.90 | ![]() | A well-rounded speciality porter with a sweet, fruity nose. Notes of plum & other stone fruits are present throughout, balanced against a delicate blend of classic hops. |
| Crouch Vale - Yakima Gold | 4.20 | ![]() | Earthy aromatic and hoppy refreshing fare. |
| Chelmsford (also branded as Blueshack) - Blueshack Bitter | 3.80 | ![]() | A traditional British bitter ale brewed to be crisp and refreshing. It has a light body that doesn't compromise its moreish malty backbone. |
| Xtreme Ales - Bext Bitter | 3.90 | ![]() | A crisp, classic English bitters using Chinook hops, rounded off with a smooth Cascade hop aroma. |
| Georges - Wakering Gold | 3.80 | ![]() | Acetic acidic and rather syrupy, none of us knew whether that's how it's meant to taste? |
