Unusually, we were the only ones drinking here on a Friday lunchtime. Perhaps we were the only ones daring to risk a trip from the frozen South East to sunny Manchester for a few beers. The Arndale Centre looked busy with Christmas shoppers, and some of the food stalls looked most appetizing.

The Ratebeer crowd of around 20 people completely swamped the place and the woman had a bit of a hard time coping. It's an interesting oddity.

The pub is found in Manchester, Greater Manchester, M4 3AQ.
Small bar in the Food Court of the Arndale Centre in the centre of Manchester. A couple of handpumps plus a very good selection of bottled beers. Small, but perfect for a fast drink if shopping. Originally owned by Boggart Hole Clough Brewery until that ceased trading in 2016, now run privately by one of the owners of that concern.
We have visited this pub 16 times, seen 23 different beers and tried 18 of them.
