Visits Details

02 Jan 2010 (Martin the Mildman)
Packed full of tourists mainly dining on the unappetising looking food. Hoardes of tourists circulating ad infinitum through the pub looking for non-existent vacant seats.

Brains - Party Popper3.70GoodAmber ale, sweet and malty with little hop character. Just a little bitterness in the finish otherwise would have been a passable mild. My score 15/20.

The pub is found in Southwark, Central London, SE1 9DG.

Modern building housing a split level pub done out in usual Nicholson's style. A tourist trap with prices to match. Hasn't got much to recommend it.
