Moderately busy, with most customers standing outside. Beer not on great form tonight.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Brodie's (latterly contract brewed by Rhymney) - Citra3.10GoodA bit hazy and approaching barrel end I think. A very grapefruity, pale pint.
Magic Rock - Curious3.90AcceptableHard to identify as the beer I have so enjoyed in the past. Sweet and a bit cloying.

Dark and near empty when I entered in mid-afternoon. Once my eyes were accustomed to the gloom, I spotted Steve from Beckenham and we caught up on six months of each other’s news. Dark and near full by the time I left.

First visit to this traditional London boozer. Busy weekday evening, mixed clientele had spilled out the front in the demarkated drinking area. Cracking Brodie's beer.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Brodie's (latterly contract brewed by Rhymney) - California5.30ExceptionalWow, what a beer! Huge, oily hop character from the 3.5g of Chinook hops crammed into every pint. Well conditioned and super moreish.
