Dark and near empty when I entered in mid-afternoon. Once my eyes were accustomed to the gloom, I spotted Steve from Beckenham and we caught up on six months of each other’s news. Dark and near full by the time I left.

First visit to this traditional London boozer. Busy weekday evening, mixed clientele had spilled out the front in the demarkated drinking area. Cracking Brodie's beer.
Brodie's - California5.30ExceptionalWow, what a beer! Huge, oily hop character from the 3.5g of Chinook hops crammed into every pint. Well conditioned and super moreish.
