Continuing the theme of last Sunday we thought this would be a good vantage point to watch Ashford Carnival
Fairly busy with quite a few people standing outside it was nice to see that they trusted people with real glasses instead of plastic ones

Very much a local working class pub in South Ashford. I like the honesty of this pub. Sheps pub with normally only Master Brew on, but sometimes the is another beer as well.

When I was at the Rare Breed's beer festival the week before, the CAMRA members from Ashford I spoke to, said that this was the best pub in Ashford. So I had to check it out didn't I? I sat in the garden and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my pint.

The pub is found in Ashford, Kent, TN23 7SP.
The pub is located on a corner of the road leading south out of the town. One large room offers seating and a pool table as well as a TV. Also has a beer garden to one side. A couple of handpulls serve Master Brew and the Shepherd Neame seasonal. Has the feel of a real local pub.
We have visited this pub 13 times, seen 6 different beers and tried 5 of them.
