The pub is found in Blackheath, Greater London, SE3 7JQ.
Long established landmark pub in Vanbrugh Park, by a large roundabout which has given its name to the locality and has, in the past, been used on bus destination blinds. For a long time was a Courage pub. One U shaped bar serves a large floor area. 5 handpumps. Reported sold to Mitchells & Butlers by Orchid Pub Company in Summer 2014 and incorporated into its Castle brand. Refurbished to meet Castle Brand requirements in Spring 2015 which has further opened up the interior and been decorated in pastel coloured contemporary style. Walls are adorned with old framed advertisements, mainly for non-alcoholic products. Card payment only here - cash not accepted.
