Pub is going through a change of manager, but still ofers a good range of real ale at the moment

Really busy with tourists. We sat outside in one of the two patios. I liked the pub. Got good character.

| White Horse - Turf Tavern Summer Ale | 4.10 | | Pale gold with lasting white head. Typical citrus grapefruit. Very good condition. Better than average gold/blond ale and really my kinda beer. |
| Dow Bridge - Lockkeeper's Ale | 4.00 | | Now this just didn’t taste of very much at all. Nothing wrong with it, apart from a total lack of flavour. Watery in mouth |
| Dow Bridge - Churchill | 4.20 | | Amber colour with disappearing beige head. Raspberry strong malt aroma. This is so bad, with what tastes like unbrewed malt in the mouth. More or less undrinkable in my opinion. |
