Zerodegrees London - Münchner Dunkel | 4.50 | Did not seem very true to style – to the extent that I returned to the bar to double check that this was indeed the Dunkel. Amber and malty, rather than dark and chocolaty, and a bit fizzier than I like.

Zerodegrees London - Downtown (was Pale Ale) | 4.60 | The best I've known this beer to taste in the last 8 years. Atomic brown with a big fruity US-pale style hit. Reminiscent of the big hitting APAs by the likes of Dogfish Head and Flying Dog that I enjoyed so much at GBBF last year, except at a sensible strength. Great.
Zerodegrees London - Keller Bier | 4.00 | Unfiltered German traditional lager, the current 'speciality' beer. Deliberately slightly cloudy, lively Saaz hops punch through, excellent hop bitterness and natural carbonation. If only all lagers in Britain tasted this good!

Zerodegrees London - Czech Black Lager | 4.80 | Very choccy dunkel. Hazy, dark brown/red with thin dark beige head. The chocolate is alright, smooth, not powdery. If you really push me, I guess there are some dark fruits. Out of this or the pale ale I'd take the pale ale. But then I like hops. Very drinkable. Just leaves me a bit cold. Lacks character but does grow on you.
Zerodegrees London - Downtown (was Pale Ale) | 4.60 | Clear orange/copper, thin beige head. "C" hop aroma. Resiny grapefruit, morphs into earthy grapefruit. Malts are a little biscuity and buttery. Hops on end tend to fade a bit. Could be bolder. Not a bad sub Sierra Nevada Pale Ale version though. Nice to see this style in the UK.
Zerodegrees London - The Bohemian (was Pilsner) | 4.80 | Pale gold with disappearing white head. Fresh aroma, light and pleasing in mouth. Decent lemony citrus finish, could do with a bit more bite maybe. Very easy drinking.
Zerodegrees London - Cloud Waltz (was Hazy Days was Wheat Ale) | 4.20 | If I wanted a lemon in my beer I'd ask for it! So after fishing out the slice, this is a hazy pale gold colour with thin white head. Estery banana aroma. Lacks a bit of body/cereal in mouth. Wheaty flavour kicks in towards the end. Bit of bubblegum. Lacks body. Estery bits are ok. Mind you I had kippers for breakfast and they still dominate my palate.
Zerodegrees London - Mango Beer | 4.20 | Like the waiter I was talking to said, it's like the wheat beer, but with sweeter mango. Bang on. Bit nasty though soapy and a tad artificial. |

The pub is found in Blackheath, Greater London, SE3 0TJ.
Set on the south east edge of the heath in Montpelier Vale, close to Blackheath railway station, this is in a really lovely location. Inside it's industrial chic. Lots of metal and warehouse style interior. Open kitchen serves pizza. Brewery can be seen behind the bar. Very cool place along the lines of a US brew pub. Major expansion and refurbishment in late 2013 and re-opened in time for Christmas business with a significant move around of bars, brewery and kitchen areas. Striking new flecked black floor covering. Lined branded glasses ensure a full measure. Beers are served via a wickerwork of stainless steel pipes and taps.
We have visited this pub 23 times, seen 12 different beers and tried 11 of them.
