I like this place, big room but the coats of arms of Middlesex etc on the ceilings are excellent. Good mix of tables, tall chairs and sofas. A good escape from the hustle and bustle of Baker Street.

Exmoor - Beast6.60ExcellentI missed this at the beer festival last year, so pleased to see it. Very deep mahogany, lasting thin beige, lovely choccy strong ale, lots of dry malt. Lots of malty fruity flavour. Tasty as hell, just a little syrupy. Alcohol is well contained in the big malts. Excellent. Dryish finish.
