1730 visit. Rammed in here with Stones' footy fans. (Take note, this pub will be very busy for pre and post match drinking, on any Stones home matchday!).Live music and barbecue in progress. The awful weather meant they had a large crowd in here for most of the afternoon, but it did quieten down somewhat after 1830. Fellow P&B scribe, Pedro, found in a corner, and not asleep either!

1930 visit. A few in. End of my working week and time for a good drink? The young pretty thing behind the bar here is very friendly and very welcoming. And the ale range is pretty good too.
