Saturday afternoon, the weather was horrible and this place had all the doors firmly closed to protect against the very high winds, I eventually gained access and found a couple looking for a way out. I had a meal here which was exceptionally good.

Afternoon visit for a late lunch. I had several attempts at getting a full pint and the barman explained to me that he had been trained to serve 95% of a pint. I got a full one eventually and had no trouble getting full pints for the next round. I started my Shepherd Neame Passport here today and look forward to getting a "free" tee shirt.

Shepherd Neame - Hop County4.80ExcellentDescribed on the clip as "Hopping Mad Pale Ale" Caramel and Citrus notes. I enjoyed this tasty and refreshing beer. This is expected to be available in March 2019 only when it will be replaced by Samuel Adams Blonde Ambition for April.
