Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

IanAcceptable14 Jul 2006 Copper colour with thin off white head. Yeasty and malt on aroma. Warming alcohol, but not unbalanced. Touch of apple. Maybe not quite ready to be served yet. Drinkable strong bitter. Probably expect a bit more flavour. I prefered the Woodforde’s Admiral’s Reserve that I had just before this.
