A good crowd of ale drinkers in here this afternoon. The pub had a mini beer festival and 40p discount to Camra members to celebrate cask ale week.

A fairly quiet lunch time. I really like this place, and I decided to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and a second pint, together with a steak sandwich.

The last port of call on a Camra mini-bus trip. ~We were almost the only customers, and we sat in a relaxed atmosphere listening to Classic FM and enjoying some beers until slightly after the official 6pm Sunday closing time. I had a good chat with the tenants about beers and pubs.

This pub used to be closed on Mondays, so I was somewhat surprised to find it open when I was walking past. I decided to enter and have a pint and listen to the background classical music. There was a very interesting book on Folkestone pubs on one of the tables, I sat down and had a good read whilst enjoying an excellent pint. I did not note all the beers that were on sale.
