A large group of us met here for a lunchtime meeting to finalise plans for a rail and beer tour of Europe. A wonderful lunchtime session with the comfort of a log fire, and the company of a very friendly pub dog. This former Greene King pub is now owned by Admiral Taverns.

Early evening and there were some locals at the bar and a couple in the comfy seats playing a board game. We sat in the rear with all the sports gear.
