The pub is found in Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 6LB.

A pub hidden in Church Street on a cobbled lane just at the top of Waters Green, an area within a couple of minutes' walk of the railway station. In CAMRA's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors with a plethora of nooks, crannies and rooms. Has been at risk for some time - was closed for some time until new tenants took over - a Polish family and it was run by the owner's wife and her brother until they moved out in very early 2015 and the premises were then empty again. A multi-roomed gem - take a look around to see lots of shapes / sizes / bits and pieces. Closed and on the market for quite a few years from early 2015 then against all odds thankfully re-opened on Friday 24th September 2021.

We have visited this pub 15 times, seen 20 different beers and tried 12 of them.
