Not bad for a Wetherspoons. Good atmosphere and fairly steady trade for early afternoon.

Just emptied out with football fans off to the match, leaving a few diners and regulars behind.

A very good refurbishment by Wetherspoon of this famous inn that had fallen on hard times. Now back to its former glory. Good range of standard, house, local and guest beers.
