Visits Details

04 Nov 2012 (Stephen Harris)
A group of five of us chose this pub pretty much at random out of the Guide, and ended up staying for much of the afternoon and early evening. We all agreed that it was a first class pub that we would all like to be able to move to Leyton, Ilford, Shadwell, Crouch End etc... and call our local. Excellent pub dog.

The pub is found in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 2TT.

A deceptively large, street corner pub, in a residential area just away from the town centre. The main bar is separated into two areas, a pubby bit around the bar itself, and more of a restaurant feel towards the rear of the building. A separate room at the front is full of deep sofas and comfy armchairs. There is a courtyard garden at the rear.

We have visited this pub once, seen 7 different beers and tried 2 of them.
