Very busy in here tonight, but at least it's not an office party mob.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Gloucester - Vanilla Porter6.00GoodDoes a job.
XT Brewing - Animal Brewing Hop Kitty3.90AcceptableVery sharp hop flavours. Unbalanced in my opinion.
Bristol Beer Factory - Beam Me Up4.20AcceptablePale gold. Heavy NZ hop presence and another which I thought lacking in balance. Perhaps it's me that is unbalanced tonight.

My first ever visit here – I think I’m put off by pubs that I cannot actually see from the outside. It turns out to be pleasant enough, and quiet tonight.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Moor - Hoppiness6.50ExcellentFabulously full-bodied and hoppy. Just what I like.
Boss - Bosston Beer Party3.90AcceptableI’m yet to be completely convinced by a Boss beer. This is in the NEIPA direction but a bit sharp and a bit thin.

Third pub in our tour. Friendly and knowledgeable bar man who asked us what style we were looking for and gave us tasters. Interesting pub. You go in at street level and then go down to the cellars.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Rebel - Malty National3.90ExcellentSweet brown bitter. Very similar to Old Dairy's Red Top. A perfect malt-cushion for a drinking session.
