Martin the Mildman | 22 Oct 2011 | Actually spelt Howell after the head brewer. As I don't know what style of beer this was supposed to be I shall call it a mild as that's what it was. Dark ruby/brown in colour with a very sweet malt flavour of toffee and chocolate. Very little hop character present. Some berry fruit in the finish. My score 16/20. |
