These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Stephen Harris | 21 Feb 2012 | Ages since I’ve seen this beer available on cask. A deep ruby red, complex beer. Smooth and mellow, but with only a hint of the sour flavours (which perhaps develop better in the bottle?). |

oz11 | 22 Dec 2011 | A great beer from the GK stable. First time I've seen it in cask form, but at 5% a little lower than the bottle (unless I'm mistaken). £3 per pint makes it good value too, I reckon. This might be an M&B/Ember Inns exclusive. |
