Stephen Harris		09 Feb 2012	One year old, Bourbon-barrel-aged stout. A bit of a whiskey whiff, hints of ginger, but an over-powering taste of Belgian chocolate – the latter a bit to the detriment of the other flavours. Also, surprisingly lacking in umph for a beer of 7%-plus.
