These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Philip Pirrip | 17 Jul 2012 | First rate with full taste and a warming feel. Described by Brew Wharf as ..... Brewed to use up all of the recently opened odd malts and hops left over from the previous few beers...used Maris Otter, Munich, CaraRed & Gold malts along with Columbus and Cascade hops for a thirst quenching biscuit malt based, citrus fruit hinted APA for summer. The barmaid told me there was a hint of pink peppercorn in the brew too but not sure if she was pulling my * as I have never tasted same. Once she said it I felt a warming on the tongue and mouthfeel like a pepper. |

Martin the Mildman | 03 Jul 2012 | Strong amber bitter with a high level of bittering hops giving a very bitter and hoppy beer. My score 14/20. |
