Martin the Mildman | 16 May 2010 | Unexpected find here, superb dark mild with low hop rate, grainy and chocolate malt flavours and a yeasty character not dissimilar to Harveys. My score 17/20. |

Ian | 10 May 2006 | Dark ruby with thin beige head. Does what it says on the tin. It's mild, drinkable, some juicy dark malts, toffee, but the flavours are subdued. Old fashioned mild. You could drink pints of this and not notice. More toffee and coffee on end with minimum dry powder. Depends what you want. Fine, but not exciting. |
