| Hogan Sampling | ![]() | 11 Oct 2025 | The first green hop beer of my visit and from this Essex blonde brewed in Maldon. Good head and lacing but did not last. A fresh hoppy first hit. A dry bitter fruity hoppiness rising from its fresh Challenger hops known for providing a good bitterness. A hop-infused bitterness also from its First Gold hops, lending it orange peel, spice and floral notes, sailing out with a good hoppy dryness catching the wind. |
