| Andrew | ![]() | 05 Jun 2026 | Brewed and served perfectly well. Simon (the brewer) said that they used East Kent goldings as the bittering hop and then the new experimental hop, named EX61 grown by Wye Hops Ltd in Harbledown near canterbury, as the late hop. EX61 was a bit weak in my opinion. Bit of white pepper, maybe some mustard. The locals thought it tasted like Watney's Red Barrel. |
