Ian | 05 Jan 2007 | Copper colour with lasting bubbly off white head. Very earthy Fuggles through out. Really quite bitter on finish, bit of blue cheese too, in fact really quite stiltony. Malt is ok, but cold back the hop up more. Lovely blue cheese, would go well with crackers, this pint. Really quite bitter and drying. Good condition and tasted fresh. |
