Early evening. Not too busy, got to appreciate this marvellous building. Just the unusual beers noted, although only 5 real ales in total.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Flack Manor - Hedge Hop4.90AcceptableFull bodied and in good condition but rather too sweet in my opinion. Is this something that ‘spoons do to the beers? I often feel they just aren’t quite authentic.

The new prices for March are here already. Barman tried to charge 1£ more for a beer though the app said different. Got my way eventually. Last cheap burger and chips here for....ever maybe. Inflation, Ukraine will put an end to the spoons good times. Get in quick.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Green Jack - Lurcher Stout4.80GoodHad an elvis juice earlier then he threw away 4 pints to get 1 pint of lurchars out. Quite nice but drank on a dirty table.

Good selection of ales much cheaper than Ramsgate spoons. Excellent fish and chips for £4.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Wood's - Take 55.20ExcellentClip said 5.2%. Quality ale with loads of hops. At £1.65 with a token I had to have a second.

Stop 7. Final one - what a spectacular building. Apologies - too in awe to note the other beers on (or a bit too pissed maybe).

Early Sunday afternoon and fairly busy but only two staff behind the bar. I waited my turn and ordered a half pint of G2 Crux which was advertised at £2.45 per pint so I was somewhat surprised to be asked £2.45 for a half. The staff member then checked the till, consulted with the other staff member who tried another till, she then came back and told me that "The till does not give a discount for halves". I declined to make the purchase and am waiting for a reply to my email to Wetherspoons Head Office. UPDATE I have received a telephone call from the Manager apologising for a misunderstanding by her staff. I am pleased to say that the matter has been resolved.

Late afternoon, not too busy but apart from the usual standard beers everything that was available was a Christmas beer so I just had a half.

11:00 visit. Came to take a look at the big Folke2tone Ska Splash weekend of live music, scooters, Doc Martens and all things Two Tone? Had been busy Friday and Saturday around the Harbour area pubs apparently with more of the same today. Mixed crowd of diners/drinkers in now and good service noted. And quite surprised I've not been here for nearly a year!
