Ian | 31 Mar 2008 | Really looking forward to this one due to the hop varieties used and Roosters history. Paleish gold with lasting off white head. Kiwi fruit. Lemony aroma. Some grapefruit. It’s fine. A little less full on than the Stone DIPA which has just about ruined every hoppy beer in Britain for me. It’s balanced, a bit nettley, great condition. Good biscuit and rather tasty. |
