Blair | | 24 Mar 2012 | Really good if a tad sweet for me. |
Blair | | 22 Jan 2010 | I'm a big fan of this beer. Sweet and malty with plenty of caramel. The beer version of a dessert almost, very good. |
Blair | | 28 Feb 2009 | Equally good as before. |
Blair | | 27 Feb 2009 | Extremely malty as you'd expect froma scottish heavy, also very smooth. A pleasure to drink. |
Blair | Not Tried | 14 Feb 2009 | Had a sip of my mates and it was fantastic. |

Blair | | 28 Jan 2010 | Not as good as I've had recently, a little tart on the finish. |
Blair | | 22 Jan 2009 | Dark ruby, brown in colour with little to no head. Extremely malty with a little bit of underlying butterscotch. Very nice for it's style, unfortunately just not my favourite kind of ale. |

Andrew | Not Tried | 23 Jan 2010 | I tried a sip or 2 of this. Tasted like an authentic sweet, low hopped, grainy Scottish Heavy. |
Ian | | 23 Jan 2010 | Beautiful very very dark brown colouur, lasting beige head. Decent malts, tastes a bit like a Caledonian beer. Soft in mouth, slightly sweet on the end. Good interpretation of the style. Little bit watery on finish. Some dry malt, like a malty cake on finish. Not much hop. OK. |
