Ian | 06 Dec 2005 | Golden colour. Thin white head, citric flowery hop aroma. Fine in mouth with some biscuity malt. Quite sharp too with drying tangy hop finish. Better than 1st time I tried it. Very astringent hop finish | |
Ian | 28 Oct 2005 | According to the barman, this was the first day that they had sold this beer. They intend to brew 2 beers, one hopped with Goldings and one with Fuggles. Gold colour with no head. Nice distinctive Goldings aroma which is floral and with some toffee. Bit thin in mouth, very little carbonation. Floral aromatic hop finish is nice though. The body of the beer needs some work |
