Ian		18 Jan 2006	Dark brown, disappearing beige head. Slightly sour, burnt malt aroma, charcoaly. Bit too much carbonation. Some liquorice. I expect more flavour. Sour lemon finish, more burnt toasted malt. Some toffee, touch of damson fruit. Bit too tart and overall needs more warmth
