This Jaipur was flat, sour and undrinkable. I sipped a number of times then quietly left it on a table and skedaddled. Hoist by one's own petard meaning I could not really return it to bar and better to leave quietly

Evening visit. Since last visit the open-to-view kitchen has opened. Pleasant environment with lots to look at.

Late evening visit to see a less frenetic footfall on second night of opening. Still well attended with most tables taken. Rather heavy boom boom beating music playing over speakers.

First night of opening. Packed and with a jazzy band playing inside by the front door. Typical Antic surroundings and unfinishedness.

The pub is found in Catford, Greater London, SE6 4HW.
Conversion of an Argos store in Rushey Green on opposite side of the road to Wetherspoon's. Opened on Friday 4th November 2022. Typical Antic shabby chic décor and furnishing and eternal work in progress. Deep room with bar counter on right hand side with 5 handpumps. Open-to-view kitchen selling mainly British style classic meals. Fairytop roof garden open at times. Closed Saturday 11th January 2024 with no reason given, but making future uncertain. Reopened December 2025 with new name and as a modern bar as part of a venue that also contains a restaurant, grill, events space and rooftop shisha lounge.
We have visited this pub 4 times, seen 7 different beers and tried 2 of them.
