First of a 3 Counties vintage bus tour starting in Havant and ending in Guildford on a pristine preserved Brighton Corporation Transport 1963 Leyland Titan PD2 (23 ACD) with around 30 hot and thirsty souls onboard. We arrived bang on 10.00 opening and as per all pubs on these trips the staff were expecting us and well prepared for the surge in orders during our 40 or so minute stay.

The pub is found in Woodmancote, West Sussex, PO10 8RD.

Reopened in 2012 after a lengthy closure, this popular local is a deceptively large pub with an eclectic style mixing the contemporary and the traditional. The guest ale is normally from a local brewery. There is a separate restaurant where home-prepared food for all diets is served, and breakfast is available from 10 until 11.30 am.

We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
