Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

WhoScoreWhenNotes
Stephen HarrisGood17 Jul 2013 Natural Selection is not a fully-fledged brewery, more a Herriot Watt student project, and this beer was brewed by them at Stewart Brewing in Edinburgh. Spposedly on key-keg, but appearing to have some added carbonation. The beer is an amber-coloured Saison. Quite tart and with some subtle spicing from the yeast.
