Ian		02 Oct 2006	Amber, lasting off white head. Meaty, yeast aroma. Fuller in mouth than this beer on tap. Same banana yeast that seemed typical of all the Bridgeport beers. But smoother and fuller than the tap version. Bit of ginger, lovely hop. Well rounded. Flatter flavours than keg, but more satisfying
