A busy Friday evening, the landlord grabbed my copy of the Camra "Wiltshire, The New Pub Guide", and was disappointed to find that is was new when it was printed in 1995. This is probably the only regular outlet in Devizes for Wadworth Pint Size Mild which is brewed in their micro plant within the main brewery.

The pub is found in Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 1LZ.
A good locals' pub on the edge of town, well worth finding. There is a long L shaped bar, and courtyard at the back for outdoor drinking. This pub is believed to be the site of the former Hare & Hounds brewery founded by a Mr. Charles Jones in 1920.
We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
