The pub is found in Marylebone, Central London, W1H 7NE.
Street corner pub, five minutes’ walk from Marble Arch tube station. It was established in 1776 and rebuilt in its current form in 1872. There is a smallish room with a large, central bar, plus a little alcove area at the rear. There is also an upstairs room available for hire. Bare wooden floorboards and Victorian wall-tiles. This pub is in the same ownership (Market Taverns) as the well-known Market Porter at Borough Market.
We have visited this pub 4 times, seen 11 different beers and tried 6 of them.
