I had not been here for a long time and I was impressed with the recent changes, a proper pub with staff that took the time to make us welcome. The landlord asked us to try his Cotleigh Tawny ale as it was a new cask and he was not happy with it, neither were we. He seemed resigned to the fact that he was going to lose money on that one.
