Busy at the height of the rush hour at around 6:30. Chain pub feel to the place.

The pub is found in City, Central London, EC3R 7NA.

This pub stands right next to Fenchurch Street railway terminus and was established by 1860 as the Railway Tavern. A Meux’s Brewery pub in its day, it had a bar facing onto the square in front of the station and a dive bar below, accessed from New London Street. The pub was rebuilt in 1973 at the foot of an office development, but kept some semblance of its earlier layout and retained the feeling of a dive bar with seating split over three levels. Names came and went over the intervening years, including the City of London Yeoman and the Goose at Fenchurch. By 2007 it had been renamed the Windsor, and the pub was acquired by the Stonegate pub chain in 2011.

We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
