When I first visited when it opened in February it was quite vibrant in here. Today was dead and only 1 guest beer. It feels like it's dying to me, hope not.

The pub is found in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 3DE.

Largish, two-roomed pub opposite the fire station, just outside the central ring road, refurbished and reopened in February 2014 by the team behind the award-winning Wellington in Birmingham. Comprising of three separate rooms and areas, the pub is smartly modern on one side, delightfully old fashioned on the other. There is also a small selection of Belgian bottled beer; surely a star in the making and the guest beers will come from a wide variety of breweries. The pub won the Pub of the Month award from the local CAMRA branch in November 2014.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 7 different beers and tried 3 of them.
