The pub is found in Primrose Hill, Greater London, NW1 8JA.
A large, Victorian-era pub that formerly stood beside Primrose Hill Railway Station – unfortunately the station closed in 1992. The pub does remain as a bit of a landmark however. Much modernised inside, with a lot of bare boards, there is seating on a couple of levels in a large, single bar. Patio seating to one side. Traditionally named the Pembroke Castle, the word ‘Castle’ was lost from the name for a few years but was restored in 2014 when the pub was refurbished. Five handpumps on the bar.
We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
