| Bowman - Swift One | 3.80 | | Appropriately named for my swift visit to Annie Jones for this golden ale directly north of Portsmouth. Came with good head and lacing and lasted. A dry fruit-infused first bite. A mild fruity bitterness veering up. A gentle hoppiness lingering whilst playing the odd subtle fruity note or two. Very thirst-quenching and so moreish. |

The pub is found in Petersfield, Hampshire, GU32 3EW.
Despite being a French restaurant and cocktail bar, two locally sourced changing cask ales are said to be available from the courtyardâs covered-bar. Located at 8-10 Lavant Street, it is a narrow single-storey building with just its name over the entrance side passage gate on one side and adjoining on your right, facing the buildings, a two-storey shop-building with an entrance door. Not quite a micropub as doing restaurant dishes. A front room in the single-storey and two-storey buildings overlooking the street and a bar inside in its backroom located in the single-storey building. This leads you to the covered courtyard bar and an outside paved area laid out with tables and seats. Closed: Monday and Tuesday.
We have visited this pub once, seen 1 beer and tried it.
