14:00 visit. Easily found, under the district of Monton, on the bus route between Worsley and Eccles, this current 2013 gbg has also been in 16 times before in; 1978/81-7/9-92/4/5/2001/12. A large, very friendly, multi room type with a good smattering of down to earth locals this visit. Nice place and Holts' Ales are spot on I think. Good value Meat & Potatoe pies too!

A busy Friday evening on the run up to Christmas. This is the only Holts pub where I have seen guest beers.

Large and fairly modern Holt's pub, it boasts a huge public bar area with two dart boards, including the rare Manchester log end board. There is a large lounge bar and another room all served from a central bar area.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 5 different beers and tried 2 of them.
