Mid afternoon stop - they kindly provided towels for us wet cyclists and hot drinks - but I just had to have a half.

Second stop along the Dalesway. The sign outside told walkers to take their boots off, which meant wandering around in sweaty socks! Three handpulls on for our visit. Extremely busy as it was bank holiday weekend.

Hotel / pub / restaurant. Burnsall is a beautiful village but unfortunately only has one pub, which makes the prices here rather steep. The bar area is large with authentic floor boards and decor.
