Late morning visit for a coffee or two, the place appeared to be doing a very good trade and service was prompt and friendly. I got fed up with coffee after the second cup and had a beer.

A town centre hotel that had been closed for about four years and reopened as a Wetherspoon pub/hotel in August 2017. The bar is at the rear of the hotel and the cellar in a small area at the front where the stillages can be seen from the road.

We have visited this pub once, seen 7 different beers and tried 1 of them.
